How to cook/use

How to Use
Wash and soak the rice for 20–30 minutes before cooking.
Use 1½ times water to the quantity of rice.
Closed Pan Method:
Bring the rice and water to a boil in a heavy-based pan.
When it starts to boil, put a lid on it and cook it on low for 10 minutes.
Before serving, cover it and let it sit for 5 minutes after turning off the heat.
Microwave Method:
Put the rice and water in a microwave-safe bowl and cover it with cling film (make small holes).
Cook at the temperature recommended for your microwave model.
For a 650-watt microwave, cook on high for 6 minutes.
To reheat, microwave on high for 3–4 minutes.
