How to use

Qeema Masala Recipe (Mincemeat)

Fry sliced onion in ghee/oil for 10 minutes. Add mincemeat, Laziza Qeema Masala (one bag), ginger shreds (optional) and fry for 10-15 minutes.
Put 1-2 cups of water. Cover and cook on low flame until tender. Add green chillies (as per your taste) and cook until oil/ghee separates. Garnish with green coriander and serve with fresh lemon.

Dam ka Qeema

Mix thoroughly mincemeat, Laziza Qeema Masala (one bag), papaya and leave for 1-2 hours. Now fry the mincemeat till ghee/oil separates while stirring with interval.
Heat a piece of coal to make it red hot put it in a small steel cup or pot and place it in the meat utensil. Pour one tablespoon of ghee/oil over the coal and cover the utensil. Remove the coal well before serving.
