How to use

Easy steps

Fry onion till becomes golden brown. Remove from oil and spread on absorbent paper. When crisp, crush it and keep separately (avoid very fine grinding or making paste).
In the same oil/ghee put chicken, Laziza Chicken Masala (one bag), beaten yoghurt and fry for 5 minutes. Add 1-2 cups of water, cover and cook on low flame until meat is tender.
Add crushed fried onion, stir for a while and cook on low flame until ghee/oil separates from the gravy.

Note: For better taste add 1-2 tablespoons of fine ginger shreds during step no. 2. 250 gms of fresh sliced onion equals to 1 cup of crushed fried onions. Do not use overburnt or dark brownish fried onion. The yoghurt should not be sour otherwise add and mix 2 tablespoons of milk in the yoghurt to rectify.
