I received Order VF9849 today, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality of three items in my order: Curry Leaves, Karela, and Drumsticks.
As shown in the attached photographs, the vegetables appear old, stale, fungi attached and unfit for consumption. The Curry Leaves and Karela look as though they have been sitting for days, and there are clear signs of deterioration. The Drumsticks arrived broken into pieces and were also of very poor quality.
Considering the premium prices you charge, this level of quality is completely unacceptable. Customers expect fresh produce, not vegetables that belong in the bin. I have already disposed of these items because they were unusable.
I am requesting a full refund for these three items immediately. Please do not respond with excuses or generic explanations as I received during my previous complaint. This is now the second time within three weeks that I have had to complain about the poor quality of vegetables supplied by Variety, which shows a concerning lack of quality control.
I have been a paying customer and expect products that meet a reasonable standard. If this issue is not resolved promptly and satisfactorily, I will not be purchasing from Variety again and will seriously reconsider recommending your business to others.
I expect confirmation of my refund as soon as possible.
One of the karela had white fungus on it and we had to throw it away
