Transform fresh vegetables and fruits into delicious, flavourful pickles that capture the essence of traditional Indian cuisine. Perfect for home cooks who want to create authentic achaar with convenience and quality.

How to use

1. Add together 1 cup of water, 1 cup white vinegar, 1 packet ShanAchar Masala Mix and 1kg washed, dried and sliced green mangoes or mixed vegetables. Boil on very low heat until half tender. A thick masala paste should have formed at the end of the cooking.
2. Add 2 cups (350ml) preheated and cooled oil/mustard oil and cook on very low heat until oil becomes hot but does not boil. Stir frequently.
3. Remove, cool and preserve. Use after few days.
