How to use

Cooking Time: 30 minutes Serves: 4 Dish Category: Main Course

Stove Method
1. Sauté chicken in 2 tbsp butter for 12-15 minutes on a medium heat and keep aside.
2. Make a paste of Suhana Chicken Jalfrezi Mix with 100ml milk.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan; add tomato puree and cook for 4-5 minutes or till oil oozes out. Add paste and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add remaining milk and cook for 3-4 minutes till gravy starts thickening and keep aside.
4. In another pan, heat remaining butter and sauté onion for 2 minutes. Add capsicums, sautéed chicken and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
5. Add the above gravy, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes until the gravy thickens.
