How to use

Vegetable curry

Fry onions in ghee or oil until light golden. Now add tomatoes and fry for few minutes, put one bag of Laziza Sabzi Bhaji Masala (half bag) and fry for further few minutes.
Add desired quantity of water, (if required/necessary) cover and cook on low fire till tender.
Garnish with chopped green coriander or green chillies.

Aloo ki bhaji

Put potatoes, tomatoes and 2-3 tablespoons of Laziza Sabzi Bhaji Masala in a utensil. Add about 3 glasses of water and cook or boil on medium flame till potatoes are completely tender; stir with interval.
Put green chillies (as per your taste) chopped green coriander and stir thoroughly for a while to make the gravy thick. Serve with puris, pickles and chutney.
