How to use

Fry onion in hot oil/ghee until golden. Add meat and stir fry for a while. Put yoghurt, ginger contents of Al Noor Punjabi Yakhni Pulao Masala (one bag only) & fry for 5 minutes.
Add 5-6 glasses of water, cover and cook on low or medium flame until meat is tender. (Ensure that when the meat is tender water should remain about 4 glasses, if less then add the desired quantity of water).
Drain out the water of soaked rice and then out in the boiling meat and stock.
Cover the lid properly tightly and cook on medium flame exactly for 20 minutes. Mix before serving.
