How to use

Cooking instructions

Heat cooking oil/ghee and fry onions until golden brown, add meat, Al Noor Biryani spice, ginger, tomatoes and cook for 5-10 minutes.
Now add yogurt and further cook for a while. Add 1-2 glasses of water. Cover and cook on low flame till the meat is tender and cooking oil / ghee separate from gravy.
Separately boil soaked rice in 12 glasses of water and with 3 tbsp of salt until half done. Drain the water thoroughly.
Now form one layer of rice and onto it the second layer of meat masala and green masala (optional) then form onto it third layer of rice.
Cover and cook it on low flame for 15-30 minutes or till rice is tender. Mix well before serving.
