How to use

You'll need: 4 eggs, 3 tbsp oil, 2 medium onions (150g chopped), 1 green chilli (3.5g chopped), 2 small tomatoes (100g chopped), 1 tbsp fresh coriander. Instructions: 1) Heat oil, add onion, sauté 3-4 minutes till golden. 2) Add tomato and green chilli, cook 4-5 minutes till oil separates. 3) Add Suhana Egg Bhurji Mix, cook 1-2 minutes on low heat. 4) Add beaten eggs, mix well, cook 2-3 minutes till done. Garnish with coriander. Serve hot with paratha or naan. Makes 4 servings.
