Simply steam for 12-14 minutes, pan cook for 11 minutes total, or microwave for 2 minutes 30 seconds. Ideal for busy weeknight dinners or satisfying snacks any time of day.

How to use

STEAM

Position a colander or sieve over a pot of gently boiling water.
Arrange the soup dumplings in the colander/sieve, then cover with a lid and steam for 12 to 14 minutes.
Let them stand for 1 minute before serving.

PAN COOK

Heat a pan with 1 teaspoon of oil over medium heat.
Add the soup dumplings and cook for 5 minutes. Carefully pour in 4 tablespoons of cold water, cover with a lid, and continue cooking for an additional 6 minutes.
Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.

MICROWAVE (from frozen)

Place the sealed bag of soup dumplings in the microwave (do not open or pierce the bag).
Heat on high for 2 minutes and 30 seconds (at 750W).
Carefully remove the tray from the bag, then pierce the top of the dumplings with a fork or chopsticks. Allow them to stand for 3 minutes before enjoying.
