How to use

For best results: From frozen, put into the fridge overnight to thaw, or leave outside at room temperature for approx 3-4 hours. Unroll the pastry sheet whilst unrolling - if your pastry starts to crack, it is still too cold and should be left to defrost longer. Ensure pastry is thoroughly defrosted before use.
