How to use

MICROWAVE: Remove from packaging, defrost for 1 minute on high setting. PAN-FRY: Preheat oil to 180°C, fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. OVEN: Preheat to 180°C, heat for 7-8 minutes. CHUTNEYS: Heat pouches in microwave for 30-40 seconds on high, stir and serve. Always serve hot.
