How to cook/use

Remove the frozen Malabari paratha from the packaging

Do not thaw before cooking

Preheat a flat pan or tawa on medium heat

Place the frozen paratha directly on the hot pan

Cook for 1–2 minutes until the bottom turns light golden

Flip and cook the other side for 1–2 minutes

Press gently with a spatula to ensure even cooking

Cook until both sides are crisp and golden brown

Serve hot with curry, gravy, or chutney
