Simply cook on a non-stick pan, flipping every 30 seconds until golden brown. Brush with butter for extra crispiness and enjoy hot with your favourite curry.

How to use

Cooking Instructions (Cook From Frozen):
• Place the frozen paratha directly on a pre-heated non-stick pan or griddle.
• Heat on a medium flame for about 2-3 minutes (flipping after every 30 seconds) pressing gently until the parathas is golden brown on both sides.
• Lightly brush with butter while cooking if you prefer it crispier.
• After removing the paratha from the pan and allowing to cool slightly, scrunch the edges together to get the flaky traditional texture.
• The malabar paratha is now ready to enjoy hot with your favourite curry or garnish.
