How to use

1. Remove frozen Phulka roti from the pack. Place it on a preheated pan or tawa and cook for 30 to 40 seconds.
2. Turn the roti and heat it on another side for a minute until golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
3. To puff roti on tawa: press the roti with a clean cloth on all the sides evenly and gently while it is being heated. To puff the roti on flame: place the second side of roti directly on medium flame. Flip and cook until it puffs fully.
4. Serve hot and glaze with butter/ghee to enhance taste.
